Suggested Use:
The dosage for an average 150 pound adult is two packages daily. Each package contains three capsules, so the total daily recommended dose is six capsules. Add 1 capsule daily for every 25 pounds that you weigh over 150 pounds. MaxGXL should be taken once in the morning and once in the afternoon, with or without food, but accompanied by one or more glasses of water.
