The Max International Compensation Plan

The quickest way to describe the Max Compensation plan is to say that it is a well balanced plan. The plan endeavors to pay 50% of the wholesale price of the products to its associates. (Note that we believe that companies who pay more than 50% are charging too much for their products to end consumers.)

In addition to paying 50% of the wholesale price to its associates, the Max compensation plan strikes a unique balance between paying product sellers and paying power downline builders:

  1. Pays 25% weekly commission on purchases from your preferred customers.
  2. Pays 10% monthly commission on your binary pay leg (through infinity).
  3. Pays seven levels of matching bonuses on associates that you personally sponsor.

With Max International, there are seven ways of earning money as follows:
  1. Retail profits - selling product to customers at retail and earning the difference between retail and wholesale.
  2. 25% commissions - selling product to preferred customers at wholesale prices.
  3. Fast track bonus - by sponsoring associates who purchase a Fast Start qualifying product.
  4. 10% binary team bonus on Pay leg (smaller volume) - by building a team of associates with unlimited depth.
  5. Matching check bonuses - sponsoring pays you back through seven levels of sponsorship.
  6. Production bonuses - 2% Global Pools that pay you during the critical building stage of your business.
  7. Auto and travel bonuses - tangible evidence that you are succeeding.

Frequently Asked Questions About the Max International Compensation Plan

Question: I have heard that it is difficult to earn money in binary plans. Is Max’s binary plan different than other binary plans?

Answer: Max’s plan has the advantage of being a late-generation, binary plan. Thus, the problems of those initial binary plans have been carefully avoided. For instance, preferred customer purchases pay a weekly 25% commission check to the enrolling associate that is completely apart from the binary plan. The enrolling associate can also earn another 5% from the binary plan on those same preferred customer purchases, meaning that associates can earn 30% on preferred customer sales. That’s very good pay, and it is dollar for dollar, not on some reduced CV amount that is so common in other compensation plans. (Many other companies have product CV that is only two thirds of the product selling price. Our 30% would be equal to their 45% commission in way of comparison.)

Question: Does Max calculate commissions on some reduced CV amount?

Answer: No, Max CV is dollar for dollar of the wholesale PRODUCT amount. If CV is ever less than the wholesale amount, it would in the case of sample packs or Fast Track packs and the reason for that would be to support the paying of fast track commissions or because of the inclusion of DVDs and other information materials that are not commissionable.

Question: How can Max pay binary commission to an infinite depth?

Answer: Max can pay to an infinite depth because of two mitigating factors that prevent excessive pay out. First, is the fact that in order to earn binary bonus, one has to sponsor and maintain two active associates, one on the right and one on the left. Experience teaches us that the majority of Max associates sell to preferred customers only. Thus, they never earn a team (binary) bonus at all. Second, is the fact that there is a $25,000 income cap. One earns infinitely deep until reaching this cap. This both prevents excess pay out and incents power-builders to think in terms of assisting those they enroll to earn money, so that although their team commission is capped, they continue earning from matching check bonuses. The Max pay plan has been thoroughly proven to work in reality, not just theory.

Question: What is the key difference between earning money with Max International and earning money with other networking companies?

Answer: In terms of earning power, the key difference between Max International and other opportunities is not the pay plan at all. The key difference is the products, first, the leadership second and the superlative compensation is third. The products work and are backed by science. The leadership are good stewards of the products and the compensation incents us to join and bring the products to the world.

 

Enrollment

Enrollment consists of purchasing the $49 Associate Starter Kit.

Selling to Customers

As expected, one can sell retail and earn the difference between the retail price and the wholesale (preferred customer and associate price).

Also, one can establish preferred customers. The difference between a retail customer and a preferred customer is that the preferred customer initially sets up an auto-ship order (which can be canceled or modified at any time). The associate earns 25% of the Commissionable Volume (CV) for all sponsored preferred customer sales. In addition, one half of the CV from preferred customer sales is also placed into the associate’s pay leg(team commission). Since half the CV amount is placed into the pay leg, this could result in an additional 5% bonus (1/2 of the 10% team bonus potential). That could put the potential commission percentage received on preferred customer sales at a total of 30%. Not bad for personal sales to customers. (Note that personal purchases in excess of $100 per month, are also placed in one’s pay leg.)

Keep in mind that customers are never placed into one’s binary downline genealogy. They always remain with the associate and one half of their CV is added to the associate’s pay leg.

Also, keep in mind that in order for a associate to earn preferred customer commissions, the associate must place a qualifying order of $50 value each month.

Team (Binary) Commission

In order to earn team commission, one must be active (purchase at least $50 CV in the month) and have one personally sponsored, active associate on the left and one personally sponsored, active associate on the right.  Active always means the associate has purchased at least $50 of product that month. If one is not active, then all volume in both the pay leg and the strong leg is flushed.

binary_exampleThe amount of team commission paid (on the 15th of the following month) is 10% of the lesser leg’s volume. Volume accrues on both legs to infinite depth, but volume is capped at $250,000 (meaning a maximum team commission of $25,000 per month). In this example, the commission paid would be $100, which is 10% of the lesser leg volume of $1,000. For the next month, 1,000 would be subtracted from both legs so that the left leg would start at $0 and the right leg would start at $1,500.

Fast Track Bonuses

Within the first 60 days of enrollment as an associate (associate), an associate may optionally purchase a Fast Track eligible product pack.

What the purchasing associate gets:

These product packs provide products and samples to sell and otherwise use introducing the products and opportunities to others. They qualify the purchasing associate for 60 days of of Tier 2 Matching Bonus. Otherwise, Tier 2 qualification is earned by having three personally sponsored associates on one’s left and three personally sponsored associates on one’s right.

What the associate’s sponsors get:

Accelerated fast track bonuses are paid to the sponsor and his sponsor (as long as they are matching commission qualified, which means $100 in personal purchases or preferred customer purchases).

Unlimited Matching Check Bonuses - through seven levels

This is where most of the really big money in Max International is earned. In the simplified version, it is possible to earn up to 50% of the Team Bonus of those you personally sponsor. And, it is possible to earn between 6% and 10% of the team bonuses of the next six levels (through sponsorship) of team members. Luxury Car and Travel Bonus

For qualified associates, monthly payments will be made by Max International for the purpose of subsidizing a luxury car, car insurance and fuel costs.

Leadership Global Bonus Pool

2% of all Max International Sales are placed into a pool to be shared by Max leaders.
